Roche Diagnostics
Participatory art intervention for a conference, using colour symbolically to reflect organisational values within corporate guidelines.
For Organisations
For organisations navigating change, pressure or questions of culture. Through collective making, people can contribute beyond their usual roles, encounter different perspectives and create shared meaning around what comes next.
Available as team ateliers, leadership offsites, wellbeing days, conference activations and longer artist residencies, shaped around your organisation’s people, context and purpose.
Founded by painter and participatory artist Nicky Myny, ARTKOM brings people into creative processes where reflection becomes visible, connection becomes tangible and new meaning can emerge.

Intro

Many organisations know when something needs attention.
ARTKOM creates artist-led participatory art experiences for those moments. Through material exploration, shared making, visual expression and reflection, participants are invited to engage with themselves, each other and a chosen theme in a different way.
Not through performance.
Not through artistic skill.
Not through finding the right words.
But through presence, image, gesture, colour, imagination and shared attention.
Relevance
Organisations come to ARTKOM when change, pressure or growth creates a need to pause and reconnect. Artist-led processes offer teams another way to explore what is happening, hear different perspectives and give form to what they want to carry forward.
During growth, restructuring, new leadership, a merger or a shift in direction.
People work together, but there is less trust, belonging or meaningful exchange.
Words and meetings no longer create movement, insight or genuine participation.
Values, identity or a shared direction need to be experienced not only explained.
Through visual making, reflection and collective exploration, teams can develop new perspectives, strengthen connection and create shared meaning around what comes next.

ARTKOM works with corporates, leadership teams, HR and people teams, healthcare organisations, care teams, schools, universities, cultural organisations, foundations, public institutions, community organisations and conference organisers.
These clients are often looking for something deeper than a workshop, more human than another meeting and more memorable than a standard training.
They may not yet know they need participatory art. But they recognise the need for connection, creativity, dialogue, trust and shared meaning.
Benefits
Visual and material processes offer ways to participate beyond confidence, hierarchy or verbal fluency.
Making together slows familiar patterns and creates space to notice what usually remains beneath the surface.
Ideas, tensions and hopes are not only discussed, but translated into something tangible that can be revisited.
People encounter one another through curiosity, contribution and a shared creative process, not only through their functions.
The offers
ARTKOM offers focused team experiences, participatory event activations and deeper artist-led residencies. Each format is designed around the people, context and theme of the organisation.

Offer 01
Artist-led participatory art for teams, leadership groups and organisational gatherings.
A Team Atelier is a half-day or full-day participatory art experience for teams and organisations.
Guided by Nicky Myny, participants enter a creative process using material exploration, visual expression and reflection. The focus is not on learning how to paint or creating a perfect result. The focus is on what becomes visible through the process.
A Team Atelier creates space for people to slow down, meet each other differently, reflect on a shared theme and experience connection beyond roles, opinions and daily pressure.

Offer 02
A participatory artistic intervention for conferences, events and organisational gatherings.
ARTKOM can create a participatory artistic activation within a conference, leadership day, wellbeing event, cultural gathering or organisational programme.
Instead of adding another speaker or passive activity, participants are invited to contribute through image, gesture, material, words or collective making.
The activation can become an opening moment, a reflective pause, a collective visual trace, a participatory installation or a closing ritual that gives form to the central theme of the event.
It brings people out of passive listening and into shared creative participation.

Offer 03 · Flagship
A deeper artist-led trajectory for organisations, institutions and communities.
A long-form participatory art project, based on ARTKOM's PACT method, and our flagship offer for organisations.
It is a custom artist-led participatory art project that unfolds over several weeks or months. It is designed for organisations, institutions and communities that want to work more deeply around connection, wellbeing, transition, belonging, culture or collective meaning.
Rather than offering a one-time experience, a residency allows ARTKOM to enter into dialogue with an organisation over time.
Through participatory art sessions, creative inquiry, material exploration, visual research, reflection and artistic documentation, the process creates space for what lives beneath the surface of a group, organisation or community.
A residency may result in visual traces, an internal presentation, an exhibition moment, an artist talk, a collective artwork process or a deeper case study.
